The first Annual Meeting of the newly formed parish of Egloskerry and Tresmeer will take place on Tuesday 10 April 2018 in Egloskerry Village Hall at 7.30pm.
Parishioners are welcome to attend.
Reports are given about the work of the Parochial Church Council, the presentation of the accounts, the state and use of the bells, and other aspects ending with the Vicar's Report for the year.
It is a time to hear about what has been happening, and to let the Church Council know how they can be of more help and service to the community.
A schedule of work has now been put in place. Scaffolding has now been put in place to enable the work of cleaning and decorating the Church to take place.
From Monday 19 March the process of cleaning will begin.
From Monday 16 April the redecoration will commence.
There are some other tasks to be carried out, such as a review of the electrical system, the cleaning of the organ and the repairs to the floor and pews on the north side of the Church in the chancel.
As yet there is no date for the completion of the work and the handing back of the Church to the Parish.
